ADO Den Haag Women say farewell to nine players after the last home game against Ajax.
The expiring contracts of Ilham Abali, Wiëlle Douma, Vanessa Susanna, Lakeesha Eijken, and Laura Dankelman will not be renewed. Shanique Dessing came on loan during the winter break and will therefore return to PSV this summer. Lysanne van der Wal has announced her decision to pursue her professional career, thus hanging up her football boots.
New Destinations
It was previously announced that Chloé Vande Velde has chosen to try a new project at Club Brugge. Nikki IJzerman is also embarking on a new adventure. The new club she will be playing for has not been announced yet.
In addition to these players, head coach Alex Scholte, technical manager Annabel Toorenburg, and women's football manager Karin Punt were also honored. All three individuals have indicated that they will pass on the baton this summer.
